Note: Your username is your Premier Learning Institute student email address, and the password is the same as your email account password. This was provided to you in your Welcome email upon enrolment.

To submit a request for academic support, please use our online ticketing system. Each request will be assigned a unique ticket number, allowing you to track its progress and view responses.

How it works:

  1. Submit a ticket: Provide details about your query. You can submit a ticket forĀ 1) Academic Support (contact your teachers), 2) Finance & Payments, 3) IT Support and 4) Lodge a formal complaint.
  2. Track progress: Check the status of your ticket and view any responses from our staff.
  3. View history: Access a complete archive of your past support requests.
